Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
   Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
2. Redeeming the Voucher
   Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any available consultation or service offered by the business. Booking is required and subject to availability.
3. Non-Refundable
   Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Partial Use
   If the value of the service is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance may be used towards another service before the expiry date.
5. Additional Costs
   If the selected service exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the client.
6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
7. Transferability
   Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person, but may only be used once unless a balance remains.
8. Expiry
   Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Right to Amend
   The business reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
